was awesome
professional staff friendly staff varied choices
i found the staff cute and professional at the reception desk. the restaurant staff seemed polite and efficient. georgos was attentive, friendly, yet discrete during meals, and knowledgeable about the food. he answered our questions regarding the different dishes, and i appreciated his insights.
The air conditioning did not work properly, uncomfortable at times. the thermostat never showed a temperature below 23c, with readings usually between 24-26c. i found it unacceptable for a hotel of this level. It needs immediate resolution.

The hotel features live music in the restaurant, a detail i found added a lovely vibe. I thought it was quite relaxing. the breakfast choices varied greatly, and they offered high quality options. the gym, while open, was bare bones.

The reception desk staff provided a refreshing drink upon arrival. the staff was very accommodating, i think. housekeeping, though, had some inconsistencies. I think they could improve in some areas.

The room included a sumptuous bed and an excellent shower. i also found the room a lovely retreat after a long day. the bathroom seemed spacious and perfectly clean. I could relax well in it.

The staff surprised me with a birthday dessert in my room. I was not sure how they even found out it was my birthday? the hotel had charming decor and an lovely design. the location was perfect and near everything.
my room looked nothing like these photos. it felt dark and spartan. it faced an abandoned building, and i reminded me of i was staying in a hotel that should be much cheaper.

the hotel is centrally located. it is surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars. the hotel is a short walk into the heart of Plaka, and this location is relatively quiet.

The staff was helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, especially the breakfast options. My room had a coffe maker with delicious turkish coffee.
My room faced an unattractive view of another building. The room had minimal space for suitcases, inconvenient. there was loud music at night i could hear from the bar.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
accommodating staff efficient transport breakfast selection
the staff was accommodating and efficient. they promptly arranged transportation when needed. i also received a welcome treat of a mini burger upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture. breakfast offered a great selection of quality items.
during my stay, the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. one day, i had to request toiletries from the front desk. another day, fresh towels were not provided automatically.

confusing entrance broken air conditioning
The hotel staff seemed unsure if the place was a hotel with a restaurant or a restaurant and bar with a hotel. I often second-guessed which entrance was the correct one. The entrances are side by side. The lobby and restaurant had too much going on aesthetically. The interior designers seemingly threw every idea at the wall to see what would stick I also noticed that the air conditioning didn't work well. The thermostat showed it never cooling to less than 23C. Made me uncomfortable at night.

loud music difficult sleep
the location was convenient it made exploring easy.
the music was a problem i could hear loud music from the bar until late at night i was on a lower floor it was like the singer was in my room the bass vibrated through the bed it made sleep difficult.
